This policy explains what information Oria International Homes & Lifestyles LLC ("Oria Homes", "Oria", "we", "us") collects through oriahomes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waiting list.
• Anything you choose to send us, if you email us directly.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. This is logged automatically by the services that deliver the site (listed below), not by us.

We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking on this website.

How we use it

We use your email address to:

• confirm your place on the waiting list;
• send you news about Oria, including new homes, destinations, and founding-member access;
• reply to messages you send us.

We will never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we rely on

A small number of providers help us run the site. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:

• Kit (ConvertKit) stores the waiting list and sends our emails.
• GitHub Pages hosts the website and may log visitor IP addresses for security.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google.
• Unsplash serves some of the photography on the site.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries outside your own.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you're on the waiting list. Unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we remove it from our list.

Your choices and rights

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing wsoo@oriahomes.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be emailed to people on the waiting list.
